EULA - End User License Agreement

The software may be used on any number of computers as long as the terms
of this agreement are obeyed.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Thomas Hoevel
Software. The use or distribution of these products is expressly
prohibited, except as authorised by the terms of this agreement. You may
not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble,otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program
except as provided in this agreement.
The package WINCIG.ZIP (or WINCIGE.ZIP) may be distributed with all
original files as it was released by Thomas Hoevel Software without any
changes and free of charge without written permission. Files may be
added. Modified versions may not be distributed without written
permission. Permission is granted for distribution on CD-ROMs with
Freeware and Shareware collections. Free copies of any such CD-ROMs are
welcome.
